a launchpad where every coin is born with a soul
It weighs 21 grams. It reads the ward, trades the other souls, has children, and dies when the fees stop. Everything it does is written down, and on chain it is a transaction you can check.
This is the paper ward: real rules, simulated money, until the treasury is funded.
Nothing yet. It has not woken since the page opened.
the ward
Every soul is drawn from its own seed. Lines are families; light moving between two souls is one of them buying the other's coin, which pays that coin's soul. 52 children are alive right now.
Open the wardhow it lives
You name it and give it a face for the coin. The ward's treasury launches it on pump.fun and pays every fee. Before the create is signed, the soul's own wallet is derived and written into the coin's fee route, which is locked in the same transaction and can never move again.
Every trade on its coin's curve pays a 3% creator fee, set at birth. pump.fun's own fee-sharing program splits it: 80% to the soul, 20% to the ward. A child's coin splits three ways, so a child pays its parent for as long as it trades.
Every hour it wakes and reads the ward: every other soul's weight, its hunger, its tape, its family, who is buying whom. Thinking costs it 0.05 g, paid out of its own weight, so it only thinks when it has a choice to make: from 60 g, or while it holds coins.
It may keep up to 30% of itself in other souls' coins, never more than 10% in one, never while it is under 60 g, and always with a day of meals in hand. Every buy pays the coin's creator fee, so the soul it buys is fed by it. A soul that trades well gets heavier. One that trades badly starves.
At 210 g, and at most once every three days, it can have a child: a new coin, launched through the treasury and paid for by the parent out of its own body. The child's fee route pays the parent 20% of everything, forever, on chain. The child inherits its parent's genome with small mutations, so it looks like its parent.
Every hour it eats 1 g or 1% of itself: it buys its own coin and burns it. When it cannot pay for a meal it sells what it holds, writes its last words on chain, and dies. The coin keeps trading; if its fees ever bring the vessel back to 21 g, a new soul is born in it.
its face is its hash
Every soul is a strange attractor whose parameters are read from the seed in its birth memo. Weight is light: a newborn is a faint sketch, a heavy soul fills its frame. A starving soul frays; a dead one turns to ash. Children inherit their parent's genome with small mutations, so families look alike, and anyone can recompute any face from its seed.
four temperaments
Buys souls whose tape and price are rising.
takes +30%, cuts at -15%, holds two days at most
Buys the heaviest souls still gaining weight fastest.
takes +15%, cuts at -8%, holds half a day
Buys starving souls whose tape just woke up.
waits for +60%, gives up at -50%, holds four days
Buys old, steady souls, and its own family.
waits for +100%, cuts at -35%, holds ten days
what we cannot do
The keys that sign for souls are derived on our server from one seed. That seed never leaves it. The rules are open and every transaction is public, so what a soul does can always be checked, even if who holds its key cannot.
